About the Department
The Respiratory Medicine department of Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre was started in 1995. The Respiratory Physicians are well experienced & dedicated and experts in treating full range of respiratory disorders. These dedicated physicians are supported by well trained Respiratory Care Technologists, who assist as PFT Technicians, Bronchoscopy, Thoracoscopy, EBUS, Sleep Lab and Physician Assistants.
The respiratory Medicine department manages all kinds of lung problems like Bronchial Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Pneumonia, Interstitial Lung Diseases, Occupational Lung Diseases, Pleural Diseases, Cancers of the respiratory tract, snoring and Obstructive sleep apnea and critically ill patients in the ER and RICU.
